The M 4000 BAS system provides all the necessary features for a good cut.
It is suitable for all torch carriages. It can be easily integrated with all common CNC controls on the market. It can be operated with its own simple operator terminal or with a fieldbus connection (Cutbus®). The modular design of the M 4000 lifter provides maximum flexibility.
The M 4000 BAS is suitable for all plasma cutting processes and materials, including underwater cutting and thin sheet cutting. The initial position is determined by touch or optionally by a contact sensor, which is used especially for thin sheets.
The clearance can be adjusted in 0,5 mm increments to ensure consistently high cutting quality. Vertical collision detection with weight compensation is standard as well as 3D mechanical collision protection. 3D collision detection is optional.
