FIT+ two
FIT+ two is a single torch with integrated automatic flame ignition.
The advantage is not only that the flame starts automatically, but the main benefit is gas savings as the flame can be switched off at the end of each cut without the operator having to relight it.
Manual flame ignition is dangerous and time consuming, especially on multi torch machines. Here, the flame is ignited inside the torch according to the process programmed on the built-in microprocessor, on command from the machine's CNC.
As automation is limited, FIT+ two integration requires in-depth experience of cutting applications. Flame adjustment valves and cutting oxygen pressure gauge are built in.
FIT+ two can be combined with the M 4000 CAP height control or CSC 500 height sensing system.
