Oxy-fuel cutting system for 2D cutting.
It is a plug-and-play solution designed for cutting mild steel from 3 to 300mm (3/16"-12") thick with up to 10 stations on a dry cutting table.
It provides a highly automated process including gas control, flame ignition, height sensing during material preheating, piercing and cutting with many features such as ignition detection, backfire detection, slag detection.
The system includes gas controller, lifter (z-axis), FIT+ three intelligent torch with tool-free nozzle change, communication cables, gas hoses and operating interface (HMI) with embedded cutting parameters.
